Alpha About ahualoa.net... This site used to be hosted on a machine called Moo (a Gateway P3-800 with Win2k and Apache 1.3), then in 2005, it moved to a cute little Shuttle XPC called Alpha with WinXP Pro and Apache 2.0.  Since 2008, for low power consumption and stability, it's on a Mac Mini.  Connection is via a ZyXEL Cable Model/Router, sharing a Oceanic Time Warner Cable Road Runner Small Business connection at up to 5 Mbits down, 768 kbps up.  To the best of my knowledge, this is the only website that's actually hosted in Ahualoa itself.
